Serondella – meaning “The Place of the Elephant”, coming from the habiitual visits of these gracious animals to the two waterholes that flank the camp – provides an ideal destination for families and photographers alike.

Accommodating a maximum of 8 guests, means that service is personal with the complete undivided attention of your hosts for your entire stay. There  are three luxury Suites, each with excellent vistas from both bedroom and bathroom large windows to the watering hole.

As an alternative for families, is a family suite, completely self contained  with three suites, two downstairs and one suite upstairs, a reception room with open fireplace between the two downstairs bedrooms.  Guests can choose which accommodation choice best suits their requirements, but to a maximum of eight guests.

The viewing deck and hides allow bird lovers an excellent opportunity to encounter the game reserve’s 507 different species of bird as well as regular visits by other animals.

Your safari experience is extended to morning and evening game drives, where your ranger and tracker team will transport you to the far reaches of the Thornybush Game Reserve in search of the elusive leopard, or the pride of lions in search of their next meal. Game walks are also affording to those more adventurous in spirit.
